I've spent the last twenty years inside the hiring functions of organisations that build things at extraordinary scale — Aramco's elite SETA executive search division, Maersk's $10 billion Qatar expansion, Omantel's national 3.0 transformation, McDermott's Mozambique LNG programme.

That work taught me one thing: the firms that win these mandates aren't generalist agencies and they aren't traditional RPOs. They're specialists who understand the technology, the geography, the governance — and can deliver under pressure.

Wimbury Hargreaves is built around that conviction. We do three things: specialist search, embedded talent partnership, and project mobilisation. We work where the stakes are high, the markets are complex, and the right hire matters at every level.
